QUOTES:
Please note;
- All quotes provided are a rough estimate for the product and labour required.
- Products are subject to availability controlled by our suppliers and, therefore may change. Any changes will be communicated with the client ahead of the scheduled visit/work.
- Payments for products required must be paid at least one week in advance of the scheduled job. An invoice will be provided ahead of the scheduled visit/work. Failure to pay this invoice will cause your scheduled work to be rescheduled.
- Labour charges will be invoiced on the same day the job is completed. All invoices for completed jobs must be paid in full within 24 hours.
PAYMENTS & INVOICES:
KINDLY NOTE - All invoices are due within the same day of the service provided unless arranged otherwise with management.
If you wish to dispute this invoice, you must do so within the same day. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of this invoice.
Should payment on this account not be paid in full by the due date and the account needs to be sent to a debt collection agency to recover funds, you will be liable for all collection costs incurred. Immaculate Garden & Lawn will hold off on any future jobs until the owed payment has been received in full.
Booking Cancelation:
Please note that your scheduled appointment may be rebooked due to poor weather or emergency reasons. In these cases, we will get in touch with as much notice as possible and will do our best to reschedule for the next available time/day.
Please also note that we hold all rights to cancel your appointment if payment for the products required has not been paid in full ahead of the scheduled job. Once your payment has been received, the next available time/day will be appointed to you.
In the unlikely event of conflict, disagreement, or complaint, we advise that you email us with all the details so that we can investigate the issue and find a resolution for both parties. We aim to provide our customers with the highest standard of service and will do our very best to find a solution if any concerns are raised to us. Please note, however, that we will NOT tolerate any form of abuse or threats. Doing so will deem acceptance of termination of the business relationship and any future scheduled work. We hold the right to refuse any services that we feel we are not able to meet/comply with our health and safety regulations.
